New Way to Accurately Measure Cap Sealing Energy. Lepel Corporation introduces the Auto Detect QC Monitor,
a seal process quality control device that accurately
measures cap sealing energy from the exact position
as the liner material. Providing complete detection
of sealing problems, the system gives an immediate pass/fail
indication that a sample container meets pre-established
criteria for an acceptable sealing process.

Induction Cap Sealer With Fan-Free Sealing Head.
Lepel Corporation has introduced the world’s first
self-cooled induction cap sealing system with a fan-free
sealing head to provide outstanding sealing in a single,
maintenance-free unit. The new CS Plus150 is water-free
and has no fan in the sealing head, eliminating plumbing
or the need to change filters. It is shipped fully assembled,
ready to plug in, and accommodates line speeds of up
to 150 feet per minute.

Now Available for High Volume Applications. Lepel Corporation, a leading provider of high quality
induction cap sealing equipment and the manufacturer
of the world's first self-cooled induction cap sealer,
has now added a high volume model to the self-cooled
product family. The CS Plus350 seals containers at line
speeds of up to 350 feet per minute with no water and
no moving parts, eliminating plumbing and maintenance.
The system is also fan-free, eliminating filter changes
and downtime. It is shipped fully assembled for easy
integration.
